Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about this purchase. Here's exactly how refunds work.

1. 30-Day Guarantee

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date, for any reason. We don't require a detailed explanation, but we do appreciate feedback if you're willing to share it — it helps us improve the Product.

2. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us via the Support page with the email address used at checkout and, if available, your order/transaction ID from JVZoo or WarriorPlus.
  2. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
  3. Once confirmed, your refund is processed back through the original payment processor (JVZoo or WarriorPlus) to your original payment method.
Refunds are issued through the same platform used at checkout (JVZoo or WarriorPlus). Processing times back to your card or account depend on that platform and your bank, typically 5–10 business days after approval.

3. After 30 Days

Refund requests made after the 30-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but are not guaranteed.

4. Access After a Refund

Once a refund is issued, your license to use the Product ends, and you're expected to delete any downloaded copies of the files.
