These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CollegeBlock AI & Productivity Vault (the "Product"), sold via collegeblock.de and its authorized payment processors. By purchasing or downloading the Product, you agree to these Terms.
1. What You're Purchasing
The Product is a bundle of digital files — ebooks (PDF), templates (spreadsheet files), and an AI prompt library (spreadsheet file) — delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.
2. License to Use
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to:
- Download and keep a copy of all files included in the Product
- Use the templates, ebooks, and prompts for your own personal, academic, or business purposes
- Adapt and fill in the templates as intended (they are designed to be edited)
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the Product files (in original or bulk form) with others
- Claim authorship of the underlying ebooks or template designs themselves
- Upload the Product files to any public marketplace, sharing site, or PLR/reseller platform
3. Delivery
Access to download the Product is provided immediately after your payment is confirmed, via the link shown on the order confirmation page and sent to the email address used at checkout.
4. Payment & Processing
Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor(s). We do not store your full payment card details. Pricing is shown in the currency displayed at checkout.
5. Refunds
Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content in the Product — including text, design, layout, and template structures — is the property of CollegeBlock and is protected by copyright. The license above grants use rights; it does not transfer ownership of that content to you.
7. No Professional Advice
The Product provides general educational and productivity guidance. It is not financial, legal, tax, or professional business advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
